Retention Period

Your personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymised once the purpose of processing has ceased or upon the expiry of any legally prescribed retention period. Data submitted via the contact form is retained for a maximum of 2 years after the relevant project discussion concludes.

Under Article 11 of the PDPL, you have the right to:

  • — Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
  • — Know the third parties to whom data has been transferred
  • — Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data

To exercise these rights, please submit a written request to kiwimistudios@gmail.com. Requests will be concluded within 30 days at the latest.
